It is a product from the pressing of cocoa liquor, which results in a compact mass of cocoa solids with a low percentage of butter, which is crushed into small pieces.

The product come from cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao, family Malvaceae Linnaeus)

  • Internal wrap of green high density polyethylene, for food use and heat sealing.
  • External wrapping three layer multi-layer Kraft paper bag cover in good condition, sewn with cotton threads.
