Cocoa Butter

It is a product from Ecuador, obtained, by milling previously shelled and roasted cocoa beans, without the addition of additives.

The paste obtained can be used for the production of cocoa butter and cocoa powder, or for chocolate manufacturing.

The product come from cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao, family Malvaceae Linnaeus)

Uses and applications

Product to be destined for industrial production, Not suitable for direct consumption.

Suitable for ice cream, milk, cookies, toppings, chocolate for powdered drinks, confectionery and as a mixture in tobacco.

Packing

  • Internal wrap of green high density polyethylene, for food use and heat sealing. 
  • External wrapping white corrugated cardboard box, in good condition and sealed with packing tape.
